• 1. How do I prepare for a tent delivery?

  Answer: To prepare for your tent delivery, be sure that there is enough space for us to park our truck and that the site is clear for setup. Same would go for preparation of us picking up the tent after your event.
  
  

• 2. What tent size do I need for my event?

  Answer: The tent size you will require would depend on how large your event is and how many guests will be in attendance. Another factor will be the amount of space available for the tent. When you meet with our team, they can take measurements of the lot and help give you a better estimate. They will then outline the various arrangement options and sizes that will work best for your event.
  
  

• 3. Do I need a government permit to have a tent installed?

  Answer: This would depend on several factors, one of which would be if it is required by the city in which the tent will be installed. You can go over these details with our team when you have your consultation.
  
  

• 4. What happens if rental items are returned late?

• 
  Answer: Unfortunatelty, this can impact our other clients' ability to rent items. Therefore, we charge full price for each day the items are late past their return date.
  
  

• 5. How does payment work?

• 
  Answer: We require a payment of 50% of the total at time of booking. The balance would be due on the day of the event. We accept cash, Visa, Mastercard and Interac (debit).
